we proudly announce the second international Kino Gieno Kabaret from April 15th to 17th 2010. We would like to invite you to attend 3 days of short film making in the wonderful city of Dresden. Our host for the Kabaret is OSTRALE – centre of contemporary art and we have the fantastic possibility of a special screening at Filmfest Dresden at April 20th. Please feel invited to stay a little longer to enjoy the Filmfest, which is one of the most important short film festivals in Europe. More info here soon…

Dear Kinoites,
the days are counted `til the next Kino Gieno Kabaret, only one week is left and we are already in between the preparations for the highlight of the Kabaret season in Dresden;)
We would like to provide you with the latest news to be perfectly prepared before arriving.
There are still some free places, so please register beforehand to be sure to get a sleeping place. Same is for Filmfest accommodation (Sunday to Wednesday) – we need your reservation asap, because the available beds at our partner’s band apartment are very limited. The cost of the Filmfest accommodation will be aprox 5,-€ per person, exact information will be provided at day of arrival.
There is no heating at OSTRALE, so please do not forget to bring sleeping bag and warm clothes!
Unfortunately and due to the cost we have to rise the price of the catering from originally announced 10,-€ to 15,-€. This includes one warm meal per day (Thu, Fri, Sat). Breakfast and beverage (coffee, tea, water) is included in the registration fee. Please pay in cash at arrival.
There will be a Bar at OSTRALE where you can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at night.
